Community News: Scouting for Food
Scouting for Food
WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

Every year, Scouts across the nation distribute collection bags in neighborhoods asking for food donations which will be turned in to local food banks and pick them up a week later.
This year, we are instead placing donation boxes in prominent locations for people to donate at that site, and for their ease and convenience. Food will *only* be collected by Scouts from the boxes at these locations. No door-to-door pickup this year due to COVID-related concerns. However, we have extended our collection time to aid in our effortsI
Especially during these trying times, our local food banks need all the help we can give them!!
Please donate what you can. Remember, all collected items go to local food banks that serve our communities here in the Jim Thorpe/ Penn Forest area.
