Help the MPPOA Community “Deck the Halls” with holiday spirit.

1st Prize: $100 Visa gift card

2nd Prize: $75 Visa gift card

3rd Prize: $50 Visa gift card

Contest is open to all MPPOA residents.

Complete the entry form and upload a photo of your decorated home. Your photo will be assigned an entry number so our MPPOA neighbors can vote on their favorite house.

Attention MPPOA Residents: YOU BE THE JUDGE!

MPPOA residents: You are invited to vote by visiting the MPPOA website and clicking on the photo of your favorite festively decorated home.

All votes must be submitted by 8 p.m. on December 19th, 2021.

Winners will be determined by the greatest number of community votes received. Winners will be notified by phone on December 20th, 2021. Prizes can be picked up at the MPPOA clubhouse during normal business hours.


The 1st annual Holiday House Decorating Contest will be held this season with the following dates:

Entry Period: December 1 through December 14th, 2021

Community Judging Period: December 15th through December 19th, 2021

Winners Announced: December 20th, 2021

Please read these rules and instructions. If you have any questions, contact MPPOA at 570-722-9220. Entry applications are available at the clubhouse or can be submitted on-line at

  • Participation is open to all MPPOA residents, excluding Board Members and volunteers on the Events Committee.

  • Entry application must be received no later than 5 p.m. on December 14th, 2021.

  • Contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the exterior. Judging will be done via photo of your home uploaded to MPPOA official website. (If you need assistance with uploading a photo, please contact MPPOA clubhouse and someone can assist you.)

  • Participants agree to have a photo of their decorated residence exterior posted on the MPPOA website and/or MPPOA Official Facebook page, and/or newsletter.

  • An entry number will be assigned to each participant and will identify your house photo on-line for voting purposes.

  • Judging will be based on the Community's most favorite, festively decorated home. (Consider unique design and creative use of lights, decorations, animated objects, and theme, and overall presentation.)

  • MPPOA residents may begin voting on December 15 through December 19 2021. Voting can be done on-line or by stopping in the Clubhouse for a paper ballot. (Please note paper ballots must be submitted during office hours whereas on-line voting can be submitted up to 8 p.m. on December 19, 2021.)

  • Three prizes will be awarded: 1st prize - $100 Visa Gift Card; 2nd prize- $75 Visa Gift Card; 3rd prize - $50 Visa Gift Card.

  • Winners will be notified by phone on December 20th, 2021. Prizes can be picked up at the MPPOA clubhouse during normal business hours.
