FIREWORKS

From the MPPOA Board of Directors As we approach the holiday weekend, this is a reminder that the discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere within our community, including private driveways, streets, parking areas, and common areas. This policy is in place to help protect the safety of our residents, pets, and property, and to reduce the risk of fires, injuries, and disturbances to neighbors. POOL HOURS

The pool will be open, weather permitting, daily from Saturday June 6th through Labor Day weekend. The hours are 12:00 to 7:00PM. If anyone needs to get their pool badges updated for the 2026 season, the office is open Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pool Badges

Just a reminder to all residents to update your pool badges for the 2026 season. Please bring your badges to the clubhouse to sign the book and receive your 2026 stickers. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office at 570-722-9220 or mppoaoffice@gmail.com. The pool is scheduled to open Memorial Day weekend 5/23/2026 at 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, weather permitting.

Pocahontas Property Owners Association is now accepting candidates for the upcoming Board of Directors election. Rules for Pets

Per the Mt Pocahontas POA's Rules and Regulations, ALL DOGS must be confined to the owner's property or walked on a leash. No dog should be running free. Violators will be subject to a $25 fine plus cost. Please refer to Article VII - Rules for Pets. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
