The Mt Pocahontas Property Owners Association is currently seeking candidates for the Board of Directors for the upcoming election. We have been notified from Cassella Waste that there is a 1 day delay for trash pick up due to last Sunday's storm. Trash will be picked up on Saturday January 31, 2026.

This is just a reminder that any vehicle (car, atv, utv, snowmobiles, golf carts, motorcycles, etc) is NOT  to be used on any of the community fields along Meckesville or Old Stage Roads. Violators will be subject to a fine and the cost of any repairs to MPPOA property.

The next open board meeting will be Saturday January 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. There will also be a representative from Mauch Chunk Trust Wealth Management for a financial workshop. MCT Wealth Management is an independent financial services firm offering comprehensive investment management and financial planning, with a focus on personalized, hands-on service to help clients pursue their financial goals.

Just a reminder that if you have packages delivered to the parcel boxes, please remove them promptly. New packages can not be delivered due to the boxes being full and they will be returned to the post office.

If snow is predicted, please make sure all objects (cars, trash cans, sports equipment, etc) are moved back from the street so that the plows can properly clear the roads. When things are in the way, it makes it difficult for the maintenance department to do their job.

We are currently in the holiday season which means a lot of packages are getting delivered to the parcel boxes at Mt Pocahontas. Can you please pick up your packages promptly so that parcel lockers can be used again.

The Boy Scouts are having a food drive. A collection box will be in the clubhouse until Saturday November 8, 2025. Please donate if you can.
