Attention Mt. Pocahontas Property Owners

The MPPOA Board of Directors has made the decision to allow homeowners, in good financial standing, to use UTVs & ATVs. All UTVs & ATVs must be registered and insured. The owners must also register their vehicles, yearly, with the MPPOA office with proof of the current registration and insurance. The cost is $40.00 for the first year. Each additional year is $30.00. You will receive a flag with a pole and a sticker. Both need to be displayed or kept in/on the vehicle. A new color flag will be used each year.
