FROM THE MPPOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
All ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts operated on community roads must be registered with the office in order to receive the required annual flag.
Please refer to Article VI, Sections (1) and (2) of the MPPOA Rules and Regulations for registration requirements and additional information.
Please note that any ATV, UTV, or golf cart operating on community roads without a current registration and annual flag is subject to a fine in accordance with the MPPOA Rules and Regulations.
