As we approach the holiday weekend, this is a reminder that the discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere within our community, including private driveways, streets, parking areas, and common areas.

This policy is in place to help protect the safety of our residents, pets, and property, and to reduce the risk of fires, injuries, and disturbances to neighbors.

Residents who violate this policy will be subject to a $500 fine in accordance with the community's governing Rules and Regulations - Article IX. If you wish to enjoy fireworks, please attend a professionally organized public display in the area.

We appreciate your cooperation and consideration in helping keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.
