Completed jobs:
Removal of the clubhouse deck and ramp.
Replaced staircase to clubhouse.
Removal of old maintenance building.
Prepped pad for new maintenance building.
Removed rotten wood from maintenance building.
Installed T-111 on the Maintenance building.
Ordered salt for the 2021/2022 snow season.
Worked on three snowplows and two spreaders replacing the vibe motor and cutting edges.
Replaced three hoses and two cylinders on backhoe.
Addressed several drainage issues for residents during the two tropical storms.
Addressed several drainage issues within the community on Sac Road, E. Cherokee, W. Cherokee, Ute, Pawnee, Miami, Crazy Horse, Nosirrah.
Put drainage in the salt shed to address the drainage issues in the shed.
Installed four new road pipes on Tapuco, Ute, and two on Nosirrah
Upcoming work:
Painting of clubhouse foundation and maintenance building.
MPPOA Tree cutback work will begin as soon as Treesmiths (PP&L) finish their work around November 1st.
On Monday, Oct 11th a small piece of Ute Trail and inside the salt shed area will be paved and a speed bump will be installed in on Chippewa Trail.
Third round of grass cutbacks along the roads has begun.
Strand Pools will be closing the pool in the next few weeks for the season, MPPOA does not have a pool cover so we are last on the list.
Street signs ordered for Tonto Court, Cochise Trail, Iowa Road, W. Cherokee Trail and two speed bump signs for the new speed bump on Chippewa Trail.
