Past Due Accounts

On Monday July 21, 2025, Civil Complaints will be filed with the Magesterial District Court for all home owners who are currently in arrears. If you wish to enter into a payment agreement to stop this process, please contact the office at 570-722-9220. Please be aware that if a Civil Complaint is filed, you will be responsible for all costs incurred.
