Short Term Rentals

The Mt Pocahontas POA Board of Directors has made the decision to no longer allow additional Short Term Rentals for properties acquired after 6/1/2024. Only Property Owners with property acquired on or before June 1, 2024 are permitted to Short Term Rent within the community. The Mount Pocahontas Property Owners Association seeks to provide all residents owning property on or before June 1, 2024 with the freedom to leverage their property for all legal purposes while maintaining respect for their neighbors, the community and the environment.
