We now have a Notary Public available in the office. Please contact the office at 570-722-9220 with any questions. The fees are:

Acknowledgment: $5 for the first person, plus $2 for each additional name in the same certificate

Administering Oath/Affirmation: $5 per individual

Witnessing/Attesting Signature: $5 per signature

Verification on Oath/Affirmation: $5 (regardless of signatures)

Certifying/Attesting Copy: $5 per certified copy

Protest of Negotiable Instrument: $3 per page

Depositions: $3 per page
