When a "Member in Good Standing" receives a citation and then makes an appeal date with the Appeals Committee, they are still in "Good Standing" unless the Appeals Committee upholds the Citation and rejects their appeal.

When a property owner is on a Payment Plan they are considered a "Limited Member in Good Standing" and still may use all the amenities including the pool, as long as they remain up to date with their regular monthly payments. However they are not allowed to vote.
